Acknowledgement & Communication

All communication with registered delegates will be by email. All registrants will be sent a confirmation and program details via email, two weeks prior to the event. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

If you did not receive your confirmation email, or your email address has changed since completing the registration form, be sure to advise the GESA Events Team.

Catering & Dietary Requirements

Morning, afternoon teas and light lunches will be served during the day at Alice Springs Hospital. If you have not already notified GESA of any dietary requirement, please do so as soon as possible by completing the registration form or emailing the GESA Events Team

Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise GESA of their requirements prior to the conference.

Dress

There are no dress restrictions for the sessions held at Alice Springs Hospital.

Work attire is also suitable, this includes for evening lectures at the Double Tree.

Registration Desk

A registration and information desk will be open each day prior to each session and will serve as your main point of contact for all enquiries, more information to be advised. 

Name Badges

During your attendance at the sessions held at Alice Springs Hospital, we request that you wear your organisation name badge at all times throughout the day and evening sessions.

Privacy

A list of participants will be produced, including individuals' details such as name, organisation and state/country. You will be asked for permission for your details to be included when you register.

Gut Centre 2024 program is being operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018.

Therefore, by registering, you have given consent for your data to be used in facilitating your event registration, as well as in the planning and implementation of the program (for example dietary requirement and session booking information).

This request for data consent is in accordance with GDPR and represents our commitment to protect the privacy of all personal data you provide during your registration.

If you do not consent, you will unfortunately not be able to register for Gut Centre 2024.

Special Requirements

Every effort will be made to ensure delegates with special requirements are catered for. Should you require assistance accessing any of the program sessions please include details on your registration form or by emailing
events@gesa.org.au.


Photo and Video Recording Notice

Please be aware that photos and videos recording may occur throughout the venue. By entering the venue, you consent to the following: Photography and Videography: Your image and/or voice may be captured during the event, Usage of Media: Photos and videos may be used for Gut Centre and GESA promotional materials, social media, websites, and other media, no Compensation: No compensation will be provided for the use of these images.
