Catering & Dietary Requirements
Morning and afternoon teas and lunches will be served in the exhibition. If you have not already notified Elevate Communication of your special dietary requirements, please do so as soon as possible by emailing agw@elevatecom.com.au.
Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the venue's ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise Elevate Communication of their requirements prior to the conference. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and caterer, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.
Special Requirements
Every effort will be made to ensure delegates with special requirements are catered for. Should you require assistance accessing the conference or throughout the conference, please include details on your registration form or by emailing agw@elevatecom.com.au.
Dress Code
The dress code for all conference sessions and social functions is smart casual attire.
Name Badges
Your official conference name badge must be worn at all times throughout the conference. Your name badge is your entry to all sessions, the exhibition and social functions. Security staff will be asked to refuse entry to anyone not wearing their name badge.
Registration Desk
The registration and information desk will be open for the duration of the conference and will serve as your main point of contact for all enquiries.
Acknowledgement & Communication
All communication with registered delegates will be by email. All registrants will be sent a confirmation letter and tax invoice within 5 working days of submitting a registration form. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
If your email address has changed since completing the registration form, be sure to advise your new email address to Elevate Communication by emailing agw@elevatecom.com.au.
Disclaimer
Conference information is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice. In the event of industrial disruptions, the conference and organisers accept no responsibility.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that a travel insurance policy be taken out to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover etc when registering for the conference and booking travel. The Conference Committee and Conference Organisers do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
Privacy
A list of participants will be produced, including individuals' details such as name, organisation and state/country. You will be asked for permission for your details to be included when you register.
The AGW 2024 Conference is being operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018.
Therefore, before you begin your registration, you will need to give consent for your data to be used in facilitating your event registration, as well as in the planning and implementation of the conference (eg: dietary requirement and accommodation booking information to venue/hotels).
This request for data consent is in accordance with GDPR and represents our commitment to protect the privacy of all personal data your provide during your registration.
If you do not consent, you will unfortunately not be able to register for AGW 2024.

Tax
Goods and Services in Australia are subject to a 10% tax (GST). All conference registrations and additional ticket rates quotes on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
VISA Requirements
Australian passport holders do not need a visa to enter Australia. New Zealand passport holders can travel to Australia without a visa and obtain a visa upon arrival at the airport.

All other passport holders need the right visa to come to Australia. You also need to get your visa before you travel to Australia. You might also need a visa to transition through Australia to another destination.
