Registration Terms and Conditions

 All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST of 10%.

Refund Policy

• The customer should be aware of GESA’s refund and cancellation policy before making a purchase from GESA.

• Upon finalising a purchase from GESA the customer is taken to have read and accepted the GESA refund and cancellation policy which can be found on all websites administered by GESA.


Refunds

• Requests for refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis. Payments will be refunded by the same method as they were paid (i.e. credit card payments will be refunded to the same credit card).

• Requests for refunds for AGW registrations must be made in writing to agw@gesa.org.au up to fourteen (14) days before the event. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.

• An administration fee of $AUD100 will apply to refunds.

• In the case of a full or partial event cancellation, GESA may refund all or part of registration fees on the basis of value delivered to registrants.

• Requests for refunds for abstract submissions (including poster fees) will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Refunds are not given for unsuccessful submissions.
