Heidi Johnston

Heidi is an Accredited Practising Dietitian specialising in the field of advanced liver disease and liver transplant. Her areas of interest include the feasibility of implementing new assessment techniques to allow for the timely identification of sarcopenia and frailty. Heidi has recently submitted her PhD examining the reliability of frailty and sarcopenia assessments in patients undergoing liver transplant evaluation and investigating the implications of frailty, sarcopenia and myosteatosis on pre, peri and post-transplant outcomes.
