The call for abstracts for Research Workshop 2024 has now closed.

Whether you're a GESA Member or not, don't miss the opportunity to showcase your work at the RW 2024 by submitting your abstract today.

Guidelines & Prerequisites

There is no submission fee, and we encourage you to:

  1. Download and fill out this template. (Do not resubmit the same abstract, if you ticked the box for it to be considered for RW when submitting for AGW 2024).
  2. Submit your finalised abstract via the RW Submission portal by (11.59pm AEST) Friday 12 July 2024.
  3. During the submission process you will be asked for your contact details (as the presenting author) and your supervisors contact details, only. Please verify that your supervisor is familiar with the contents of your date and abstract.

Travel Grants

Travel grant for Research Workshop 2024 may be offered to presenting authors of selected summaries. Eligibility is offered to GESA members only. Not a GESA member? Click here to join.
