Jessica Fitzpatrick

Jessica Fitzpatrick is a gastrointestinal dietitian and PhD candidate, investigating emulsifiers in Crohn’s disease, for which she received the GESA Young Investigator Award for. She is the proud recipient of the Colitis Australia PhD Scholarship. Jessica is the founder of DECCAN, which connects over 150 Australian/ New Zealand IBD dietitians.
