Olivia Moscatelli
Olivia is a coeliac disease researcher and immunologist. She is currently undertaking her PhD studies in the Coeliac Research Lab at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute led by Dr. Jason Tye-Din. Her project involves validating a novel diagnostic blood test for coeliac disease and understanding the acute immune response to gluten. She brings a unique perspective to her work, combining scientific expertise with a deeply personal understanding of the daily challenges faced by those living with coeliac disease.
